Floral Shoppe is the ninth studio album by American electronic musician Vektroid, also known as Ramona Langley (formerly Ramona Xavier), released under the alias Macintosh Plus. The album was released on December 9, 2011, through the independent record label Beer on the Rug. Widely regarded as one of the earliest and most influential releases of the vaporwave genre, Floral Shoppe helped define the sound and aesthetic of the 2010s internet-based microgenre. Following its release, vaporwave gained significant online attention, with many critics citing Floral Shoppe as the genre’s definitive album.
