Return Policy

Policy for Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@vinylpeoplerecords.com  within 7 days and provide a picture or video of the damage. Upon verification, we will send you a pre-paid label to return the item within 30 days for a refund or replacement.

Media Return Policy: For returns unrelated to damage, contact us at support@vinylpeoplerecords.com within 7 days of receiving the unopened item. It must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days. Returns are not accepted if the factory seal or wrapping is broken, and we do not cover non-damaged return shipping.

Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy: We do not accept returns for personally worn, used, washed, or augmented merchandise. For defective or ill-fitting items, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
